Yoga in Motion is a path to discover the beauty of moving, dancing, while practicing Hatha Yoga asanas, a way to concentrate in experiencing differently transitions from one posture to the next one.
An ongoing experience that will lead us to a meditative state, stimulating the perception of ourselves and the others, arising the awareness, increasing our strength and abandoning any form of judging.
The Practice will be structured in three main parts:
- Waking up the body
- Hatha Yoga and dance – ongoing flow and transitions
The class is open to everybody, no prior dance / Yoga experience needed.
The Practice is designed to conquer more awareness of the Self, our body and mind and the world that surrounds us. It will bring more stability in our daily life.
