„Yoga has changed our lives“

Danilo & Paolo

share their spiritual path

When we met in 2007, Danilo was already practicing Yoga since a few years. Immediately we started to practice together to get closer to our Self and to deepen our relation.

Yoga has changed our lives!

Especially after the encounter with Master Yogi Ram in 2009, in Rishikesh (North India), who now became our Spiritual Guide and to whom we go to refresh our knowledge every year in India. We feel extremely blessed to have discovered this precious path that fills our hearts of joy and gratitude. Yoga is a philosophy that vibrates in your daily living and that has the power to change and influence every single action we make. Yoga is a way to perceive yourself, the others and the world around us in their totality, by acknowledging the true beauty of it. What we have learned the most, is that yoga is not just about “flesh and bones”. Yoga is much more. And it’s hard to describe it in words since also its ancient holy books always say: practice and you will experience!

By teaching it, we share this priceless opportunity with people which are interested in deepening their knowledge of themselves and giving them the tools to become the person they want to be. This is called Self Transformation.

Practice, Meditation and Cultivation are our three key words to maintain the connection with the Yoga Philosophy:

* Practice: very important to strengthen the body and prepare it for mediation.

* Meditation: fundamental if we want to learn to calm and control our mind, to leave a healthy and peaceful life.

* Cultivation: once you have planted a little seed you must cultivate it every day with love in order to make it blossom. And this you can only achieve through Sadhana. Sadhana means daily practice. Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life.

We are happy to share this with you,
