I started practicing meditation when I was 15 and have been practicing āsana for over a decade.
I am a certified Haṭha Yoga teacher and my personal practice has been also influenced by Ashtanga Yoga.
During my classes you might find yourself meditating, doing prāṇāyāma, chanting mantras, and of course practicing a flow of various Haṭha Yoga postures woven to uplifting themes that are designed to touch your heart and relate to your daily life. We will also explore practical tools that will support your yoga practice, on and off the mat.
